Our Kailua, Oahu office is expanding. We are looking for several energetic, motivated, and career minded individuals to join our team. We are a very stable company, in business since 1974, in a very stable industry and offer an excellent, generous benefit package. Starting pay commensurate with experience. Salary plus commissions with commissions paid monthly. Monday through Friday 8-5pm. Responsibilities

• Receive inbound phone calls and initiate outbound phone calls.
• Accurately document work.
• Follow all techniques and procedures.
• Become knowledgeable in Federal and State laws.
• Perform duties professionally.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills (English).
• Desired personal traits include reliability, maturity and honesty.
• Team player.
• Comfortable with goal setting and attainment and working with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
