Accounts Receivable Professional

We are looking for a qualified Accounts Receivable Professional seeking a long term position to be part of our family, we need a professional, team member to look after our Accounts Receivable Ledger. The duties and qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Direct, organize and actively collect open AR Balances
• Engage and oversee, our daily/weekly/monthly AR financial data
• Assist in setting and following our budget
• Oversee and prepare and review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
• Assist in daily weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparation of and review weekly and monthly A/R Cash Flow and Collections

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• The knowledge and skill needed to perform the above duties to a high level of satisfaction
• A minimum of five (5) years performing the duties of an Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Knowledge of the home service industry preferred
• Must be willing to participate in continuing education
• Must have a high degree of ability with programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with a clear speaking voice
• Must understand complex financial data and documents
• A BS or BA in Accounting or Business Administration at minimum

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (flexible as needed) with weekend work and nights on as needed basis for special projects and work load completion.
