Job description
  • LQ Concrete Service Inc. is a family-owned construction business based out of Orlando, FL and has been serving the Central Florida area since 2003. We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible person to be our next administrative assistant, knowledge in construction or experience in the office is preferred but we are willing to teach and train someone who is eager to learn.

Tasks include but are not limited to

  • Provide day-to-day support to upper management.
  • Order and maintain a control of project materials.
  • Maintain and update Vendor and Contractor lists.
  • Send proposals and receive RFPS (request for proposals).
  • Assist with document control and filing for various departments. Ensuring documents are filed appropriately.
  • Enter basic data to spreadsheets, documents, forms, etc.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, deliver messages.
  • Traditional office duties, such as filing, copying. scanning, etc.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.

  • A schedule of 9:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Looking for someone with ability to organize and maintain organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask is KEY. This job is not well suited for someone who prefers to begin and end a task without interruption.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is highly preferred
  • Bilingual is English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
