About the Company:
Central Florida Communities, Inc. (CFC) has warm, welcoming, home-inspired facilities and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities in Orange, Brevard, Lake and Seminole Counties.
CFC operates three 64-bed Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD's), Howell Branch Court, Lake View Court and Washington Square. As a member of our staff, you will be a part of one of these living centers and provide vital around the clock care, which includes nursing and medical oversight, to our residents.

Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide routine clerical duties for the training Department as directed by the Director of Training.
Essential Duties:
Perform tasks in THERAP related to the creation of new users, user privileges and data entry as it relates to new hire process.
Utilize training learning management systems to prepare new hires for orientation and monitoring of certifications thereafter.
Extract data from THERAP to excel to be used for the generation of quality reports.
Identify staff in need of training recertification. Communicate needs and coordinate all recertification trainings with Staff Development Coordinators.
Maintain continuous communication with Director of Health Information and Training on all orientation, training and quality assurance issues.
Required Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of THERAP preferred
Salary/Hourly Rate:
Hourly/ $19.00
