Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Job description: Administrative Assistants assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar of their supervisors.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support in team environment for client-facing Asset Management business
- Coordinates team MD and VP calendars and schedules internal/ external meetings and conference calls
- Provides phone coverage to team MDs and VPs
- Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements and processes expense reports.
- Manages monthly invoices and arranges for payment.
- Works with other assistants and provides back up support as needed
Experience: 1+ years of experience in related field is required.
- job will help a little bit in finance (AP etc)
ideally a receptionist from a construction company

9am - 5pm
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Financials: Pay rate: $22-25
