We are seeking a talented Application Development Manager (Remote) to join our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services. The Application Development Manager will be working with development team and other leaders to support and develop our development staff and drive improvements to our software development practices. The scope of work will be applications supporting our print and mail business with a focus on increasing quality, reliability, and supporting the migration of processing to the cloud to take advantage of cloud native abilities

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing development teams and managers.
• Coaching developers on best practices.
• Defining goals and evaluating performance.
• Ensure that staff has skills and behaviors to perform tasks fully with high quality.

Job requirements:

• 3+ Years leading teams of developers
• 5+ years delivering software in an agile SDLC
• 5+ years experience working with software requirements and full SDLC participation.
• Successful track record managing high performing software development teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing employees in a a high performance culture.

Preferred qualification:

• 5+ Experience in the Microsoft stack C# .net etc..
• 5+ AWS cloud experience (Basic services, migrations)
• 5+ years in an agile SDLC environment
• 5+ Years implementing CI/CD/CO processes and tools
