Production Assembler of Solar Panels

Responsibilities:

• Operate various production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform quality and testing procedures
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
• Ability to perform visual inspections based on criteria
• Ability to work in a team setting safely and effectively
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Soldering repair to be performed on solar cells

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions
• Troubleshooting skills
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment which requires standing for long periods of time
• Computer experience a plus
• Soldering Experience
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus
• Self-motivated

Compensation Package:

• Wages and benefits based on qualifications.
• Salary: $21- $24 per hour including:
• Reliable Attendance Incentive: $2 per hour

Night Shift premium: $1 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 11-hour shifts
• Rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off)
• Overtime as required.

Work Location:

All work will be performed on site in our facility in Mount Iron, MN

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour
