Automotive Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

• · Minimum 5 years strong Accounting Experience or Accounting Degree Required
• · Automotive or Similar Work History preferred, will train qualified applicant
• Must have a working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Must have communication skills
• · Must be able to pass background check

Automotive Accounting Assistant Duties:

• · Administer policies and procedures
• · Process daily & monthly reports
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• · Prepare monthly financial statements per franchise and owner's requirements
• · Reconcile and oversee schedules
• Process payrolls
• · All aspects of the automotive accounting office
