The Bair Foundation is looking for a TRAINER for our Bair University! This position can be located out of any Bair Foundation office.
OVERVIEW:
This role will provide the staff training to ensure staff is prepared to deliver services with the highest quality of care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement new hire and ongoing training curricula which is consistent with The Bair Foundation's expectations that are up-to-date with current trends and best practices.
- Create training materials including but not limited to PowerPoints, training manuals, worksheets, and at-home assignments.
- Become knowledgeable in the implementation of The Bair Foundation's Structured Intervention Treatment Foster Care (SITFC) model and champions the implementation of the model to all staff.
- Utilize The Bair Foundation's electronic health record system and be proficient to train and ensure the competency of new staff in the system.
- Must have excellent communication skills. Comfortable talking in front of groups (in-person and virtual) and can drive understanding through the use of training activities while gaining participation.
- Provide feedback and coaching as part of the learning experience.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of the training curricula through a variety of evaluation techniques including trainee feedback, evaluation of individual performance, and input from local leadership.
- Complete training assessments and coordinate individual training plan meetings with the staff's supervisor to develop the next steps.
- Take direction from leadership on developing additional training, and conducting research.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.
- Foster care case management experience required.
- Prior training experience preferred.
