Our client, an independent beauty retailer, is urgently seeking an experienced beauty advisor/associate for an hourly plus commission sales position.
We are looking for a beauty & wellness sales associate with proven sales ability, eager to:
- Work 1:1 with untapped clientele to introduce latest producst and gifts
- Work alongside seasoned sales leadership to meet sales goals and bonus tiers
- Assess client needs and recommend products, educating clients on key features and benefits
- Maintain appropriate level of invetnroy on selling floor
- Build stong relationships with clients around their beauty and wellness routines
- Suggest creative solutions to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Communicate retail business overview to management
- Stay up to date on all products offered
- Maintain shop presentation and housekeeping standards
- Execute in store events
It is imperative our Advisors remain focused on creating the best experience, in a calm, intimate environment, while moving towards store goals.
The retail store carries incredible independent and luxury brands (that you make you excited to sell) such as: Augustinus Bader, Joanna Vargas, Grown Alchemist, Nature of Things, ASYSTEM, Maude, Dame, Lord Jones, Moon Juice, Slipsilk, Saint Jane and more!

Details:
- $20-25/hour base pay
- Commission on retail sales
- 20-25 hours a week
