Who are you?

You have a passion for coaching others to perform at their best each day while executing their daily teller functions in a retail bank. While providing guidance to others, you will perform your own daily operational tasks to ensure the branch operations run at peak performance, remain compliant, and maintain satisfactory audit scores.


You will be responsible for:

  • Performing retail operations for assigned branch(es) working collaboratively with your Retail Operations Coordinator to implement policies and procedures, schedule branch staff, ensure branch received satisfactory audit scores, and complete administrative duties, while maintaining enhanced C&N product knowledge and serving as a backup for opening deposit accounts.
  • Performing branch operations and teller functions by efficiently maintaining accurate teller functions, balancing, and executing other transactions for customers as needed.
  • Supervising, leading, and coaching applicable staff by assisting the Community Office Manager with coaching, training, and development of employees on retail operations.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-4 years of previous related experience in cash handling and/or a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
