Prior experience in Customer Support / call center
High school graduate required.
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
Ability to contribute in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working both on-site, as well as capable of working remote; must have a functioning laptop/desktop, internet and a phone line - Hybrid role - 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
- Candidates must be comfortable working all types of shifts. The initial training is Remote and during regular business hours however they are assigned shifts based on business needs afterwards.
