Summary:
The Change Management Team Lead will lead the change management efforts across the organization and the Change Management Activities through the EHR and Deployment transformation efforts within Information Technology.

This is a remote role. Position may require a flexible schedule, extended hours or weekends to accommodate company needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the Deployment Activates within IT
  • Work with the cross functional teams around EHR Transformation and Deployment Activates in IT
  • Develop communication and change management programs to assist in transition to new EHR’s and related projects.
  • Work closely with CHS Corporate leaders and affiliated hospital leadership to develop tailored plans for their individual areas
  • Review, refine, and approve communication plans and identify key change impacts across the organization
  • Develop effective working relationships with the implementation project team, including members representing other functional areas, and subject matter experts

Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Finance, Business Administration or Information Systems

Required Experience:

  • Five years of experience in leadership roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a complex organization


Preferred Experience:

  • EHR Deployment experience preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

Computer Skills Required:

  • Strong spreadsheet & document software (Excel, Word, Google Sheets) skills
  • Understanding of Cerner and other EHR/ IT Transformation is preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
