Job description

We are looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining commercial properties, working in medical facilities is a plus. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing all surfaces, as well as emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, and other areas such as exam rooms, administrative offices, etc.
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, scrub floors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• White Plains, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
