Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a seamless, clean, and clear communication strategy that connects with Members of The Club at Reynolds Lake Oconee and compliments the Reynolds Lake Oconee property-wide marketing plan and brand guidelines.
• Support and facilitate prompt, timely and engaging communication through print and digital channels that deepens engagement level between The Club at Reynolds Lake Oconee and their Members.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to seek out and receive content to communicate details and updates relevant to the Member experience through the proper channels.
• Develop and execute the proofing process for all Membership communications before distribution.
• Monitor the Member app and website on a consistent basis, and collaborate with all stakeholders to make sure all areas are accurate with regards to menus, calendars, staff listings, photos, descriptions and anything else to enhance the user-experience.
• Oversee the graphic design process for all Club departments in relation to Member documents, menus, fliers, newsletters, emails, graphics, etc.
• Respond and catalog Member feedback and create reports of trends in comments and requests.
• Assist the Membership department with personalized Member experiences for milestones and life events as well as new Member communication.
• Schedule photographer for Club events and manage all backend assets and distribution.
• Serve as the point person for all marketing inquires for the departments of The Club at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
• Manages implementation, tracking and effectiveness of communication channels.
• Recruit, hire, train, and on-board all team members.
• Monitors industry for best practices and makes recommendations for communication and process improvements.
• Assists with special departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of applicable marketing operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in communications strategy and design.
• Experience in a marketing or communications agency, in-house marketing department, private club, or similar environment, preferably administering production, design, copywriting and communications.
• Extensive experience with an email marketing tool such as mailchimp to effectively design, build, and create emails to optimize customer journeys through effective communication strategies.
• Understanding for website and app development including the technical vernacular necessary to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors
• Strong communications skills along with a high level of writing and editing ability.
• Excellent organizational skills; experience in managing and leading projects autonomously.
• Detail-oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources.
• Experience in coordinating time-sensitive projects and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of common business software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
• Work schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on scheduled events or other requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications
