Job description
The Nursing Assistant/Registered is responsible for assisting the professional nurse in the delivery of patient care in an inpatient mental health setting. Under the direction of the professional nursing staff the NA/R provides the personal care for assigned patients and is an integral part of the patient care team. High school diploma preferred. Registered with the MN Nursing Assistant Registry System as a Nursing Assistant.
Must successfully complete criminal background check as required by the State of MN. Excellent communication skills across diciplines. Ability to work in a team setting. Possession of attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills. Computer skills including Word. Certifications: BLS.
.75 FTE, (Full time Benefit eligible),12 hour Rotating shifts, E/O weekend, Rotating Holidays.
