Job description

Project Manager Daily Responsibilities include the following:

Project Startup

Job binder, budget, drawings, material order, tool & equipment order.

Management of Project

Ongoing site visits, attend job meetings, RFI's, material orders, change order pricing, monitor quality during site visits, update & analyze budgets & project billing AIA.

Project Closeout

Punchlist assignment, warranty & retainer billing.

Internal Office Requirements

Attend weekly staff meeting and monthly work in progress (WIP) meeting.

Computer and Software Experience

Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, On-Screen Take Off (OST)

Must be able to manage numerous current projects and projects in preconstruction.

Applicant must have commercial drywall/ metal stud project management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
