Compliance Coordinator
Job Description
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the compliance manager in their daily projects. Primary Tasks will comprise of owning and supporting with the following: NCDA sampling, item label reviews, customer complaints, customer portals/supplier documentation requests.
Key Accountabilities
Daily Deliverables
- Reviewing Aerosol, Pops, Drinks, and Water Labels by filling out the appropriate QC Form.
- Utilize R&D software to analyze nutrition facts.
- Check regulatory claims along with warning and directions/instruction statements on the product.
Updating customer portals such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, Store Brand Source, Inspire Brands, etc. and ensuring documentation needs are met in a timely manner.
Requesting compliance documents from suppliers via TraceGains or email: Certificate of Analysis, PFAS, Specification Sheets, SDS, etc.
Monitoring NCDA Sampling Procedure:- Checking aerosol schedules to see what items are running.
- Reviewing NCDA forms to check for items needed to be shipped to the third-party lab.
- Communicate with quality supervisors regarding items that need to be grabbed.
- Coordinating sample shipments to ensure cans are being sent out in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Weekly Deliverables
- Shipment of third-party lab cans and updating forms in the lab upon receival of results.
- Meeting with R&D team members to discuss new formulas being added to the system and updating forms as necessary.
- Track and support tasks associated with customer complaints.
- Reach out to customers to properly understand issues and ask questions.
- Gather necessary paperwork and analyze for potential deviations.
- Update the customer complaint log.
Monthly Deliverables
- Address compliance issues in monthly QC meetings
- Support with creating monthly cream utilization reports for NCDA
Quarterly Deliverables
- Assist with conducting internal mock recalls for the following:
- Aerosol/Pops/Drinks/Water: Finished Product, Raw Ingredient, Packaging Material.

Education & Experience
- High School or Associate’s Degree.
- Experience with dairy or dairy alternatives is preferred.
- Experience with leadership is preferred.
- Experience with project management (recommended but not required)
