Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of
Compounders for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer in the city of Lynwood.
Job Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time)
Shift: 1st & 2nd
Payrate: $20-$24/hr

Qualifications:
- Previous Compounding experience (5+Yrs)
- Basic Mathematical skills
- Good communication
- English (Bilingual a plus)
- Must be Flexible w/ OT and weekends as needed (12hr Shifts)
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Logging, recording, and keeping documents)
Position responsibilities:
- Must be able to follow critical instructions and blend raw materials to formulate a product.
- Ability to navigate and perform transactions through the Oracle inventory system
- Attentive to batch characteristics, type, and weight of ingredients
- Understand adjustments to temperature, time, and speed controls required by compounding formulas
- Must be able to record, document, and clean all materials used during the mixing process.
- Will operate critically (equipment, valves, pumps, etc.)
