Westaff is seeking a Computer Hardware Deployment “Runner” for a medical facility in Helena, MT!!

Schedule: 2 days for now but more shifts coming

Term: Temporary; opportunity for permanent hire in other open positions based on performance

Pay: $22/hr

Duties:

• Get inventory supplies from a staging area according to a pick list, load it on a cart, and bring it to the deployment area; the latter two need to be done with care due to the fragility of electronics
• Unload the inventory from the cart and distribute it to the offices in the deployment area according to the pick list
• Unpack the inventory out of the boxes in the offices in a specific way that will be instructed so the installer can install them
• Dispose of the boxes and trash using the cart in accordance with instructions that will be provided. Breaking down of boxes will be involved and separated from the trash
• Bring the old computer monitors, cables, keyboard/mice, etc. that were replaced from the deployment area to a different staging area than inventory supplies
• Get installers other things they need as they need them from inventory supply

Qualifications:

• Background check required
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions the first time they are given
• Physically fit - able to walk long distances and bend and move in all directions
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and carefully wield a cart full of fragile inventory
• Organized
• Pleasant to work with
• Ability to work with urgency and efficiency
• Considerate of other team members and can contribute as a team member
• Communication skills such as if problems, ask questions, and announce what is done
• Proactive – suggest improvements, do things that are obviously in need of doing
• Dependable
