Weekend Work is Required! Condo cleaning experience is required for this position.

Minimum Skills and Abilities Required:

• Serves as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other employees of Brett/Robinson, owners, guests, and other members of the community
• Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaner
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Empties wastebaskets, and cleans wastebasket inside and out
• Cleans floors using brooms and mops
• Clean tubs, shower curtain, sinks, vanity, and toilet
• Collects soiled linens for laundering, and transports it to designated area
• Replenishes supplies, such as trash bags, soaps, and bathroom items.
• Washes mirrors and door panels
• Loads and unloads dishes from dishwasher, dries dishes, and puts them away in proper place
• Cleans refrigerator, stove, and microwave inside and out
• Cleans all appliances
• Reports safety hazards, accidents, and injuries
• Transports trash and waste to disposal
• Attends departmental meetings
• Reports damages to supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned
