Customer Service-Upbeat and organized.
- Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaint
There is room for growth. 5 plus years of Customer Service experience required. Must be a team player. If you're a take-charge person and do not need much supervision, this job is right for you. We are expanding.
