Job Overview

Booking Holdings, Inc. (BHI) has developed a data-sharing operating model to facilitate cross-brand data sharing amongst BHI’s brands (Booking.com, Priceline, Kayak, Agoda, OpenTable, CarRentals). The Data Sharing Program Manager primarily orchestrates the end-to-end Data Sharing enablement process from request through execution, monitors and proactively communicates initiative progress, and advises stakeholders on data sharing best practices. In addition, the Data Sharing Program Manager will support the Data Sharing Lead, whose primary role is to lead the BHI Data Sharing Program and chair the Data Sharing Executive Committee to drive and influence initiative prioritization, resourcing, and execution.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage data sharing use case requests from intake through approval and execution

• Serve as a liaison and point of contact between functional SMEs and the relevant stakeholders

• Communicate decisions, outcomes, and actions originating from SME risk assessments

• Coordinate R&C, DS Exec. Committee, and requesters to approve risk assessment outcomes

• Document and communicate risk acceptance and handoffs for execution

• Ensure risk mitigation items are addressed in a timely manner

• Refine use of case-specific SLAs in line with overall SLA guidance

• Organize execution scoping and milestone tracking with requesters and enablement teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Subject-matter expertise covering data governance, business analytics, data privacy, and data security

• Leading teams at large, decentralized organizations

• Establishing and maintaining relationships between business and technical stakeholders

• Measuring incremental value creation from data-led initiatives

• Evaluating and prioritizing strategic initiatives, specific to data

• Navigating competing stakeholder needs and driving alignment

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus and equity grant.

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC metro area is $130,500-$159,500.
