Position Summary:

Astral Health and Beauty Inc. is a prestigious global beauty brand company located in Atlanta, GA and is looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition and Retention Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and growing Email, SMS and Optimizing Digital Customer Experiences.

Requirements:


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute overall Email, SMS, and Digital Optimization marketing strategies to drive loyalty, retention and acquisition.
  • Develop a clear and comprehensive roadmap for Email, SMS & Digital Optimization.
  • Develop an A/B testing strategy for Email & SMS in order to have a continuous testing strategy that addresses subject lines, copy, template design and CTA placement.
  • Develop and implement a segmentation strategy to target customers
  • Create and maintain automation rules, triggers and journeys.
  • Report on Email & SMS performance, keep track of KPIs and provide recommendations to increase sales and drive revenue goals.
  • Plan, Manage the Brand’s Promotional calendar

Minimum Required Skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Management, Advertising, Communications, or another related field. (preferred) with at least 2 years working in Email & SMS programs.
  • Possess knowledge of the customer, customer journey, and how to engage customers with meaningful messages along that journey.
  • Experiencing using Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with Listrak, Attentive and Dynamic Yield.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfort level to edit HTML and CSS within Listrak and Dynamic Yield.
  • Demonstrates interest in working with different data sources to execute A/B tests and analyze performance.
