Lifetime Resources is hiring for FT DSP- choose from two separate positions! Must be able to work at least every other long weekend shifts, with higher wages offered if every weekend availability is an option. The available position descriptions are:

#1) FT Lead: Monday- Thursday 2p-9p and every other weekend 9a-9p. Four-person home located in Brooklyn Park with a general staffing ration of 3 staff on duty for daily living and activity engagement, with a focus on mental health support.

#2) FT: Monday and Tuesday 3p-9p or 4-10p and every weekend 8a-10p both days. Four-person home located in Plymouth with a general staffing ration of 3 staff on duty for daily living and activity engagement, focus on physical/medical cares. Must be comfortable providing cares to indiviudals who require catheters, gtubes, bowel programs, transfer assistance, etc. so CNA experience is helpful. Very high staffing ratios provided- typically 3 staff on duty for a 4 resident home!

Miniumum qualifications include:

• high school diploma or equivalent
• valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• driving record that meets insurability requirements
• background check clearance
• some experience desired but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
