Job description
We are currently seeking a Dispatch Specialist for a 100% REMOTE opportunity supporting CST Time Zone. This is for a 12+ month opportunity (with potential for extension or conversion).
***Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder***
Length: 12+ months opportunity (possibility of extension or conversion)
Location: Remote, but must be able to work shift between the hours of 9:00AM – 7:00PM CST
Pay: $12.00 per hour - work from home
Responsibilities:
- Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load the work to qualified technicians.
- Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed.
- Work to monitor and regulate work volumes.
- Communicate with technicians and/or other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances.
- Read and analyze exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based upon the company criteria.
- Ensure that service orders and repair tickets are processed accurately.
- May serve as lead and/or primary technical resource within department or work area.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- 3+ years of related or equivalent experience.
- Must have previous dispatch experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have internet in order to work from home
