Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative *NEMT*
Job description
Maintain coordination with the managers to ensure assigned work/trips are handled professionally and timely
Work with drivers and customers to resolve service issues, routing and/or planning, vehicle related issues as they occur throughout the day and, where necessary, when on call
Ensure schedules are complete
Knowledge of Worcester county towns and Boston area is a Plus! Training will be provided
Ensure accurate billing of all covered trips
Assist with complaint investigation/resolution
Work with IVR system and live agents to fill up the schedules for next day trips
Work with the transportation Coordinator to fill in
Fill Up for absent Personnel
Maintain the Company's safety standard and enforce company policies to ensure compliance
Stay current on all policies, procedures and training updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Experience:
- Transportation Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (Preferred)
