Ecommerce Account Coordinator - Remote or Hybrid
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and manage product detail pages including content and photography across Amazon
- Upload content, assets, and imagery
- Monitor key performance indicators on the websites and develop plans to improve them
- Manage and analyze sales and inventory reports in a timely manner and communicate internally. Identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge for all assigned categories
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to drive traffic and sales
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years eCommerce experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google documents, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, analytical and deadline driven with strong sense of detail and accuracy; able to assimilate large amounts of data
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and demonstrate persistence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when business needs arise
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
- *Physical Requirements:
- May be required to sit at a workstation for at least 8 hours per day
- Alpha/numeric data entry required, using both hands with fine manipulation using the computer keyboard or when performing clerical functions
- Occasional lifting, reaching, gross manipulation with both hands may be required when working with files or shipping packages
- Near/far vision required and color discrimination necessary
- Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone
