Duties of the Engineer Support Representative may include:
- Exceptional customer service skills, above average familiarity with data network terms, hardware and routing as well as knowledge of analog electronic circuits, laws and theorems.:

-An associate degree in a technology field or equivalent work experience.
-Above average computer proficiency, including managing hardware settings and utilizing application software. AutoCAD and/or Visio experience is desirable.
Job functions include:
-Efficiently answering customer queries via e-mail and telephone.
-Diagnosing software and/or hardware faults and resolving the issues over the phone or in person.
-Empathetically handling and documenting customer complaints and concerns.
-Sharing information with other team members.
-Answering questions about our products or services.
-Collecting, analyzing and sharing customer feedback
-Assisting customers outside of customary working hours when necessary
-Occasional, often last-minute travel to jobsites.
-Product testing and evaluation.
-Completing assigned projects such as developing support collateral, proofreading technical documentation, assisting in creating marketing content and other.
-Strong troubleshooting skills.
