Engineering Manager - Complex Highly Engineered Products, Growth Opportunity

Our client is a dynamically growing manufacturer of complex high precision components seeking an Engineering Manager to partner strategically with the General Manager of their Colorado Springs facility. You will be responsible for leading all engineering capabilities including the development of quality standards focused on proven scientific methodologies.

The Engineering Manager will be expected to develop process (drafting blueprints, writing CNC programs, etc.) and validating through IQ, OQ, and PQ processes. This role requires an engineer with strong written and oral communication skills. You will be expected to participate in project meetings, maintain contact with interdepartmental managers, and present information to groups of managers, clients, and other stakeholders while increasing the businesses capabilities and supporting growth objectives. You will be expected to make data driven business decisions and document processes, layouts, and troubleshooting information for each job that is validated. The Engineering Manager must have robust experience utilizing an ERP system and be highly skilled in CAD.
