The ERP Business Analyst/Project Manager is in the IS department and responsible for working with users and cross-functional business teams to support company systems and software, ensuring alignment with business goals on assigned, approved projects and is responsible for leading all ERP project initiatives, project management, process management, and related reporting in a multi-facility, direct manufacturing environment.
What you will do as an ERP Business Analyst/Project Manager:
- Serve as the overall subject-matter expert for Infor LX
- Establish goals for Infor Lx to meet the company needs and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve goals
- Lead and support the business direction initiatives of software modules / applications within the ERP and analyze interfaces between applications in order to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved from the IS systems
- Act as the liaison with users, for operational aspects as it relates to ERP system and business alignment. Mentor, train, and develop documentation and conduct and/or coordinate specific training for Users
- Develop and maintain procedures for Item, Customer, Vendor, and other Master Data creation in the ERP system
- Identify and develop specific strategic and tactical plans to mitigate negative impacts do to customizations, for example during software upgrades or new version launches
- Coordinate with the IS Manager on all technical and procedural requirements for the effective, on-going use of the ERP system across Cruisers Yachts
- Create required documentation of all financial and manufacturing interfaces
- Plan for future skill development, identify skill gaps, and create and execute a skill development plan
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technologies or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ BPCS / Infor LX experience required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills required
- ERP and Infor Lx knowledge preferred, knowledge of any major ERP system in a discrete manufacturing environment required
