Parker-Hannifin PARFLEX Division- Randleman, NC

Parflex-Randleman manufactures multiple types of braided plastic and rubber hose and polypropylene tubing used by the air and space community, military, utility companies, farm implements and U.S. defense contractors.

Position Summary

Schedule and Location:

• This position is typically an 8-hour shift from 2pm - 10pm Monday through Friday.
• Flexible overtime schedule when voluntary or required
• Work Location: 164 Pointe South Dr., Randleman, NC 27317

Job Description

• Operate extrusion lines packaging in accordance with prescribed operating procedure
• Measure product to ensure compliance with established specifications
• Troubleshoot and adjust printing and measurement devices to maintain quality production
• Report defects to supervisor and quality assurance
• Record all necessary data points, footage accumulation and processing data.
• Participate in High Performance Teams in order to identify, assess, decide and complete action tasks that support and improve upon safety, quality and timely production

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to record all measurements accurately and consistently with tape measures, calipers and and/or micrometers for quality audit documentation
• Must be competent in basic math and possess analytical skills
• Must be able to routinely lift weight up to 30 lbs
• Possess good English verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent/GED
• United States Residency
• This job requires standing for the duration of the shift, including any required overtime
