Altra Products & Services include: Checking, Savings, Certificates, IRAs, Trust accounts, Consumer loans w/protection product add-ons, 2nd Mortgages, Insured loan products, Credit cards, Savings Bonds, Gift cards, Notary services and more.

Qualified applicants are required to have a High School diploma, GED or HSED. Financial Services background would be a plus but is not required. One (1) to three (3) years' sales and customer service experience is required to help determine members’ financial needs and cross-sell appropriate Altra products and services.

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Flexibility within the posted Rochester office hours is needed to accommodate meetings that could take place after business hours.

Experience

• At least one year of equivalent financial services, sales, and/or customer service experience is required.

• A financial services background is preferred, but not required.

Education
