We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Director to join the team at an upscale resort in Key Largo. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of Director-level experience in luxury resort and hotel backgrounds, as well as multi-unit experience. This is a hands-on role, and we are seeking someone who can balance both financial management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets
• Managing a team of managers and employees, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability
• Creating and maintaining budgets, financial reports, and forecasting
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, and implementing new programs and services as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Director-level experience in luxury resort and hotel backgrounds
• Multi-unit experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Ability to balance both financial management and operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
