Senior Manager, Social Media Marketing
Reports to
Associate Director of Brand & Creative Marketing
Overview
The Senior Manager of Social Media serves as the lead strategic voice and coach for the FP Movement social media team and a close partner in collaboration with the brand, creative and digital and marketing teams. This role will maintain, grow, develop and implement our cross platform social media strategy into our core brand identity and business initiatives.
- Manage overarching social media campaign strategy and execution including creative ideation, and execution. Develop social franchises, enhance best practices and meet brand social KPIs
- Lead social media communication plans for brand, experiential, talent and product activations
- Monthly concepting of Social Media editorials, UGC partners & series to support category growth
- Budget management, strategic channel investments and advertising efforts
- Maintain third-party relationship building and partnerships
- Oversee social influencer program, including brand awareness, demand driving and follower growth influencers across all platforms
- Manage overall social media budget
- Long term and seasonal multi-channel strategies, KPIs and goals
- Ongoing UGC marketing and integration on mobile and app
- Onboarding and training of future team members
- Support current staff and provide guidance on editorial plans
Management/Leadership:
- Lead resource for establishing the social media practice as a key driver of revenue, brand awareness and lifestyle tastemaker for main brand as well as subsets and stores
- Manages the recruitment, retention and professional development of the social media team
- Determines the correct roles, responsibilities and expertise needed to scale and grow social and content marketing work including resource and budget planning
- Represents at external events and is active as a social and content marketing thought leader
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communications and presentation skills
- Can seamlessly navigate between social media concepting and social media strategy/platform expertise
- Possesses deep expertise in creating content marketing strategies and collaborative techniques to integrate with digital team strategies
- Ability to delegate efficiently and establish collaborative but distinct roles within the team
- 7+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital PR
- 5+ years managing and developing teams
- Experience using analytics, measurement platforms and research to drive business decisions
- Deep knowledge of and passion for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and emerging social platforms
- Track record of successful collaboration internal and externally

Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
