Front Desk Agent
Job description
Our hotel is looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented professionals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. A successful candidate will assist guests by checking in and out, be comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people and possess the ability to act quickly and solve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy sharing information about our hotel with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Answering questions from customers.
- Answer questions from employees.
- Answer questions from other departments.
- Deal with complaints, reverse charges, and return or exchange merchandise.
- Resolve billing problems.
- Do standard paperwork.
- Be the first point of contact for the hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
