Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team. This postion will mosly consist of evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM and will require, weekends and holidays. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who is highly organized, strong communicator and possesses excellent customer service skills. The Front Desk Manager will report directly to the Director Of Operations and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front desk staff and ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • This individual will be directly responsible for the front desk and night audit teams, with a focus on guest and associate satisfaction.
  • Assist in the interviewing and strong performance supervision of front office associates
  • Process check-in and check-out, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests
  • Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships with direct reports, and management throughout the hotel
  • Ensure that all complaints regarding service and/or accommodations are investigated and resolved
  • Identify service issues and trends
  • Facilitate creative solutions to overcome obstacles and insure continuous guest satisfaction results
  • Ongoing analysis of processes for continuous improvement/efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
