I started my chiropractic office with the intention of providing the best care possible.I am in need of an assistant to help with keeping my practice running smoothly while I continue to give patients my attention. I am looking for an individual who is happy to serve others. This is a great position for those needing a part-time job with flexible hours. NOTE: THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACTOR PAYMENT SCHEDULE. This is not an employee schedule. This means that you will need to take out taxes per contractor percentage (30%) at the end of the years. As a contractor you have the freedom to make your own hours and wear your own clothes. If we enjoy working together then the position may convert into an employee status. It is easy to make your hours fit school times. I like to have fun at the office while providing excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling appointments and following up with patients
  • Maintaining a full appointment book and a smooth office flow
  • Answering phone calls with professionalism
  • Reconnect and reactivate inactive patients
  • Generate new patients from leads by reaching out to other professionals in the community
  • Manage laser therapy treatments
  • Light cleaning
  • Manage insurance worksheets and faxing of information to my insurance biller.
  • Help keep patient files in an orderly fashion and ready for use

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
