Responsibilities

  • The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, physicians and other medical staff on a day to day basis
  • Answer patient and staff phone calls and respond appropriately
  • Organize phone messages and relay calls to appropriate staff
  • Answer patient questions about clinic services and relay the answers to the appropriate physician or technician
  • Familiarize yourself with our facility, policies, and procedures

Our podiatry clinic is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our professional medical staff.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, physicians and other medical staff on a day to day basis. We look for candidates with a strong interest in medicine and surgical health care and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer patient and staffer phone calls and respond appropriately.
  • Organize phone messages and relay calls to appropriate staff.
  • Answer patient questions about clinic services and relay the answers to the appropriate physician or technician.
  • Familiarize yourself with our facility, policies, and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
