The primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead, direct, train, and motivate a highly effective sales and operations team. This role will have direct responsibility for P&L management, inventory selection and management, hiring and training staff, CRM management, and personal sales.


Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Honesty, morals, professionalism, and integrity are a must.
  • Must possess strong negotiation/closing skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office/Word and Excel.
  • Lead and train the sales team through daily interaction, T/O's, and lead management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Help recruit and interview for key positions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of current MH finance programs.
