Global Force Management Advisor
Provide Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the 9AF (AFCENT) A4 installation Shaw AFB with Temporary Duty Assignments in worldwide location where AFCENT does business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Personnel management and logistics. Coordinate all Civil Engineer Force Management function for deployed USAF Civil Engineer and Contracting career fields. Civil Engineer career fields include PRIME Beef, Fire, Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), and Emergency Management (EM).
Maintain constant communication and coordination with deployed units, AFCENT, ACC, CENTCOM and AFPC entities for force management actions required to maintain the ready flow of airmen to the AOR.
Review and coordinate all actions needed to establish future year Global Force Management (GFM) functions for Civil Engineer and Contacting career field deployments to the CENTCOM AOR.
Review change request (CR) proposals and request for forces (RFF) actions to ensure A4 equities are adequately addressed.
Assist in developing and collecting of closure check lists, drawdown plans, Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) management, Strategic and Contingency Planning while integrating AFCENT/A3 operational requirements with AFCENT/A4 engineering capabilities.
Qualifications
Two (2) years’ experience in USAF Force or DoD Force Management operations.
Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of an engineering or joint discipline team.
Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective
communication.Must have experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access), and SIPR Access
Must have a Secret Security Clearance
