Valley View is seeking an enthusiastic Grants Manager with a passion for Valley View's mission and vision. Primary responsbilities include researching funding opportunities, building positive funder relationships, writing proposals, ensuring compliance with grant agreements and reporting requirements, and establishing productive relationships with internal and external grants stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the grants field
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in grant writing
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in grant proposal preparation, accounting and management including previous success with state and federal grants
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with and foster collaboration among diverse contacts and partners
• Advanced analytical skills
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex tasks simultaneously; anticipate and meet deadlines; and effective time management
• Ability to work nights and weekends as situations necessitate

SALARY RANGE

• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill-set, and experience
• Position wage range: $62,857.60 - $92,435.20/year
