Barnum’s marketing department is an internally grown marketing agency for our financial professionals, offering support in the form of strategy, creative services, and tactical execution. We are looking for someone to join our fast-paced, fun, and creative marketing team. Our collaborative approach allows us to work in sync with one another as we deliver marketing strategies designed to help our professionals grow their businesses. With many clients and a wide range of marketing services, no two days are the same in this role. Duties & Responsibilities

• Execution of various high-caliber graphic design projects such as biographies, flyers, sell sheets, social media posts, brochures, event invitations, and more.
• Developing clean and creative PowerPoint presentations.
• Work within CMS web platforms to develop/edit/enhance webpages (Wordpress, Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace, etc.. coding not required, but a plus).
• Work with the team to create visuals for social media content calendars.
• Create visuals for HTML email campaigns using a simple, sophisticated drag-and-drop interface (no HTML coding required).
• Assist with the video production projects, both shooting and editing short-form videos for websites & social media.
• Assist in creative concept development for a wide range of marketing campaigns across many different channels.
• Ensures consistency with brand guidelines.
• Works with clients and team members to ensure projects meet communication objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

· 2+ years of professional experience

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field

· High proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

· High proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint design and development

· Proficient in graphic design for print, email, web, social media, etc..

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Understanding of email marketing design

· Understanding of social media marketing design

· Strong project management and balancing competing priorities

· Experience with CMS website platforms

· Creative writing experience is a plus

· Photography (shooting & editing) experience is a plus

· Videography (shooting & editing) experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
