Opportunity: Guest Service Associate

Full-time - Breckenridge, CO

Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner both face-to-face and on the phone.

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour

Position Requirements

• Immediately greet guest and offer to assist with their needs.
• Coordinates Front Desk activities with Housekeeping and Maintenance to assure that guest service standards are consistently met and the optimum number of rooms are occupied.
• Upholds the highest standards of customer service
• Assist in problem resolution for all guest issues
• Ability to walk property daily to insure maintenance or security issues are resolved immediately
• Light-cleaning in public areas of resort
• Communicate with resort guests and staff using a positive team attitude
• Booking club members or retail appointments for onsite preview center via webinar
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Dedicated, determined, trustworthy and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work full-time (40hrs per week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A friendly and welcoming personality
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Basic social media skills
• Multi-task and detailed oriented
• Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to hire

Experience

• Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management degree, or 1 year of front desk hotel experience required.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule is Tuesday to Thursday 9-5, Friday 10-6, & Saturday 9-5 (holidays required)
• Includes housing that is pet friendly (with a pet deposit) if needed
