Job description
- Maintains full knowledge of restaurant lay-out and seats patrons based off of specific layout.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of menu items.
- Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints.
- Candidate must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with the public in a large dining room.
- Candidate will assist in restaurant as needed and will perform all other duties as assigned.
- Will work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of food or hospitality service experience preferred.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and menus. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
