Cascades Mountain Resort in Hendersonville, NC is looking for a houseperson to join our strong team. We are located on 201 Sugarloaf Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Sweep, mop and vacuum public area floors *Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed. *Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area. *Maintain health and sanitary requirements. *Clean and stock public restrooms *Clean and pick up around indoor pool and hot tubs. *Sweep, mop and clean public tables around pool area *Deliver items to guests' rooms as directed by the front desk. *Ability to take care of small maintenance issues, such as clogged toilets, flooded floors or debris in the hallways. *Clean windows, clear doorways of debris

Qualifications

*Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks. *Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedure *Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively. *Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision.

This position is a full-time position. Applicants will be considered that only want part-time hours.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
