Job description

Taldeco is in need of 1-2 Industrial Engineering Consultants that will be on Contract for 6 months with a potential to go permanent. This massive plant is located near the airport and is wanting to bring in Engineers to help consult with their Maintenance Management. This project and consultation is estimated to last about 6 months to help train their Maintenance managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, Train, and Consult with current Maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Build and Launch new processes
• Provide documentation and new procedures
• Train on lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
• Help out with shop floor management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of process design principles and techniques.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
