Summary

Lead panel coordination and assembly service projects and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Related customer service experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficient and capable of learning Werner's business systems
  • Ability to review electrical drawings or designs and identify part numbers
  • Electrical assemblies experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Participate in overall service strategy for new and existing panel builds.
  • Provide technical expertise, training, and pricing support to other departments and customers in support of services being offered.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas including sales, customer experience, pricing, purchasing, custom assembly, operations, accounting, and technical support to provide service information responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for services.
  • Provide input to Panel Coordination Product Manager and assist in development of marketing, sales, and technical support for services.
  • Maintain communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical and sales information for services.
  • Create and maintain customer bids and orders in Eclipse.
  • Track open work orders for part availability to ensure customer required dates are met.
  • Coordinating efforts with purchasing including verifying parts are ordered, validating special pricing is being applied, etc.
  • Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of parts and panel shop lead times.
  • Handle incoming calls & emails from sales organization and customers to address questions and issues with Panel Coordination process such as quality, scheduling, inventory availability, project status.
  • Escalate to product management technical and business objections of sales organization as appropriate.
  • Provide feedback to customer service representatives and account managers regarding status on quote requests and status on orders.
  • Help expedite orders through vendor manufacturer portals by being the primary contact with the sales organization, warehouse management teams, and panel shops.
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries related to the project.
  • Work closely with panel shop to ensure panels meet customers’ expectations and standards.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
