• Demonstrate proficiency in developing strategic plans as well as providing advisory services and technical expertise to digital transformation and modernization initiatives leveraging a variety of enterprise shared common service platforms and technologies.
• Demonstrable experience envisioning, leading, and presenting innovative solutions to senior leadership, system owners, and development teams.
• Support the RFP, proposal, and vendor selection processes for IT strategic initiatives and transformations.
• Help manage the portfolio of technology assets by assessing benefit, risks, and costs in the context of the business strategy.
• Hands on experience integrating software components into a fully functional software system.

Skills Description:

· Ability to conduct analysis of data and present findings with recommended courses of action.

· Experience with data management and data analytics.

· Experience with providing strategic advice to clients.

· 10+ years of experience with working on Information Technology efforts.

· 5 years of experience with the development of an enterprise IT strategic plan and business strategy to improve and modernize IT service management, capabilities, and delivery.

· Possess excellent communications, collaboration, writing, and presentation skills to effectively present strategies and innovative solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

· Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders.

· Ability to articulate and bring about consensus on strategies, digital modernization plans, requirements, and modernization designs.

· Strong process skills with ability to multitask and aid progress on multiple concurrent priorities.

· Experience in data analysis and statistical inference
