Quality Direct has positions available for our cleaning team. Start to Finish times range between the hours of 6pm-2am. Most of our offices are in the Culver City/ West Los Angeles area cleaning takes place Monday through Friday for 2-5 small to medium size offices all within 5 Miles of each other. Mileage reimbursements and supplies are covered by us.
Entry level positions Start at $17-$20/ hour biased on work ethic and experience ( Minimum 2 years Experience Required). You must be able to work both individually and as a team. Must also be able to pass a full background check and may be subject to random drug testing during 90 day probationary period and thought employment.
We train everyone with our cleaning system that includes the best and most efficient ways to preform the following tasks. (Job requires workers to lift and carry objects between 50-75lbs, Squat, crawl/ reach into tight spaces, and bend over continuously thought their shift)
Repetitive motion and routine range of motion stretching exercise required before every shift to keep everyone healthy and safe while preforming their job duties.

- Taking out trash and replacing bags.
- Dusting and Wiping Desk areas, meeting rooms, and other Horizontal Surfaces around the office.
- Vacuuming Rugs and Carpet.
- Sweep, Dry Mop, and Mop hard floors as needed.
- Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning.
- Glass and Window Washing.
- High Touchpoint Sanitation.
